Terms of Service

Ludopoly expects players to compete through judgement, strategy, and respectful participation. Attempts to exploit the experience or deliberately undermine other players are inconsistent with these terms.

Harassment, coordinated manipulation, and conduct intended to make shared spaces unsafe are not acceptable. Community responses should be proportionate, understandable, and consistent with the seriousness of the behaviour.

A continuing player identity can carry reputation and history. Players are responsible for how they participate and should understand that harmful conduct may affect their standing in the community.

Digital assets and exchanges may carry changing perceptions of value. Players should participate thoughtfully, avoid assuming an assured return, and make choices they understand.

These principles are intended to protect fair competition, respectful communication, and the long-term wellbeing of the Ludopoly community.
